      NEW customers that are ordering backdrop bundles and no frame. Please specify your current frame size in MM size please do not put the size in FT.

      If you do not know your frame size in MM please reach out to your vendor you purchased from.
      If you are not a NEW customer you do not have to worry about that I have your size from previous orders.

      If you are not a NEW customer and are requesting a NEW size please specify in MM.
      Promotions can not be combined. If you combine them I will cancel out the order.

      If you would like to purchase multiple bundles that is fine as long as you submit with multiple shipping addresses.
      Please please write your designs in the note box. It’s no fun for me or my team chasing people down for their designs. It really slows us up.

      Last but not lease if you are unsure about anything don’t hesitate to email or text my 470-645-4580. Responding my be slow due to the fact we are at the show but I will respond as soon as I have a second. Thank you for the support and happy shopping.

      Shipping Policy

      Shipping
      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      We can ship to any address that you provide us, if you are unsure or would like to clarify shipping to your address please email us at premiumonebackdrops@gmail.com 

      When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping dates may vary.

      Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
