Poor advertising and bad customer service

I ordered this expecting gold sequins. Not what I received. I called and they said it was a fabric. Well, gold sequins are a fabric. They will not refund, exchange, or try to satisfy the customer in any way. So now I’m stuck with a $160 useless backdrop. I will NOT recommend this company to any of my photographer friends.
